A system at a new address
Organize the destination design and existing assembly information to assess execution in the new environment.

DISMANTLING AND RELOCATION / MONTELOG
A new arrangement needs a defined execution reference. Storage system reassembly starts from the approved layout and assessment of the available assembly, considering the conditions of the installation site.

UNDERSTAND THE SOLUTION
When reassembling pallet racking and other storage systems, the approved layout defines the configuration to be implemented. Its relationship to existing components must be checked before the service begins. A move or warehouse reorganization does not mean the previous installation can simply be reproduced in any other space.
Planning must consider system documentation, component condition, and destination information. Changes to arrangement, levels, or composition require corresponding technical approvals. MonteLOG receives reassembly requests to assess execution scope without replacing the design or assuming approval of materials to be reused.
INFORMATION FOR PLANNING
Available components must be identified and related to the planned configuration. Quantity, references, and condition must be addressed in the survey, including when new components are needed. The proposal should clarify included activities and who is responsible for supply, material handling, and confirmation of necessary technical information.
At the destination, access, area availability, and interfaces with other activities must be agreed for installation. Execution verification compares the installed system with the agreed scope and records outstanding matters. This stage is not a report or certification of the entire system. Approval and release responsibilities must remain clear before area handover.

YOUR OPERATIONAL CONTEXTS
Understanding the requirement is the starting point. Configuration, scope, and availability are confirmed when the proposal is assessed.
Organize the destination design and existing assembly information to assess execution in the new environment.
Consider the approved layout, area availability, and interfaces between dismantling and reassembly.
Before implementing a different configuration, agree its approvals and the correspondence between the design and available components.
FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO THE NEXT STAGE
Aligned information and responsibilities help organize contracting and the progress of your request.
Receive the approved layout and boundaries of the configuration planned for execution.
List available parts and outstanding assessment or supply matters.
Agree access, responsibilities, and conditions at the reassembly site.
Carry out the approved scope and check completed activities and outstanding matters.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Its use at the new site must be assessed. Environmental conditions and system configuration must be considered in the destination design before confirming reassembly.
Reuse depends on component condition, identification, and compatibility with the approved configuration. Previous dismantling does not automatically authorize reuse.
Approval and technical validations must be conducted by those responsible for the design and system. MonteLOG's execution must start from confirmed project references.
This requirement must be stated and confirmed in the proposal. Component availability, transport, and other supply interfaces are defined according to the requested scope.
Send the origin and destination, system type, available layout, component information, desired timeline, and access conditions. Also state assessments already completed and known outstanding matters.
